The last we saw of the champ, he laid out John Cena clean in the middle of the ring in what was a long overdue receipt for Cena’s attack at Elimination Chamber. Now Rhodes will address the crowd with momentum on his side heading into one of the biggest main events in Wrestlemania history. What will “The American Nightmare” have to say to the Seattle faithful? And will Cena seize this opportunity to get some payback?
- The Women’s tag division has been heating up lately with several teams looking to stake their claim as number-one contenders to the tag team championship. The current champions, Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez have been riding high and really feeling themselves. This Friday, there will be a gauntlet match with six teams vying for the opportunity to challenge for the titles on the grandest stage of them all. Which team will be able to survive this test and punch their ticket to Vegas where a shot at history awaits?
- Last week saw the long-awaited debut of Rey Fenix. The electrifying luchador had been hyped for weeks with a number of vignettes signaling his arrival. His match against Nathan Frazer last week delivered on the hype and showed the WWE Universe what Fenix is capable of. Among the many who were watching closely were Legado del Fantasma. Santos Escobar sees an opportunity to elevate his crew by challenging Fenix and has designated Berto to take the fight to him. Fans are sure to be treated to a phenomenal showcase this week as these two luchadors square off.
