Roman Reigns Out Of WrestleMania 36 Match Against Goldberg
WrestleMania 36 has been a complete disaster. There coronavirus caused WWE to make drastic changes. They include moving all matches to the WWE Performance Center, no crowd, taping the show, splitting the show into two days, adding matches with no storyline, nixing matches and the list goes on. Now, WWE has taken another massive hit.
According to Pro Wrestling Sheet, Roman Reigns will not be wrestling Bill Goldberg for the Universal Championship. Due to Reigns’ battle with leukemia, he opted to not compete over health concerns. While Reigns is not sick with the virus, he is vulnerable due his health.
Goldberg vs. Reigns was one of the marquee matches for WrestleMania 36. As of now, WWE is seeking a replacement for Goldberg.
You cannot blame Reigns, considering his past health problems. Before joining WWE, he beat leukemia. Then, in October 2018, he shocked the WWE universe to reveal the disease returned. Reigns would return several months later in February 2019. He announced that he was in remission and resumed wrestling. Since Reigns returned over a year ago, WWE has been careful with the number of dates he works.
WrestleMania is about 10 days out we will have to see what WWE puts together. Moments like this, make you wonder if WWE should have postponed the event.
In conclusion, WWE went forward and Reigns opted for his health over wrestling. Again, you cannot blame the guy.

Roman Reigns is out of #Wrestlemania, as he refused to compete inside the WWE PC.
I guarantee you, it is because of the way the show was being handled, and the fact that NONE of the roster wanted the show go on in this condition.
If so, I respect Roman for walking out

Sad that Roman Reigns is out of the match, but the real truth is that his health matters more. He can win the title again at a later date, I hope he is doing fine. Wouldn’t want anything bad to happen to him.

If I’m not mistaken, I thought I spotted ignorant tweets a while back from folks saying Roman Reigns battle with leukemia was fake. They’re looking so stupid now. Glad Roman isn’t taking any chances regarding his health. #realtalk
