After getting divorced two years ago, Miro and CJ Perry — AKA Rusev and Lana — can’t seem to quit each other.
There have been many legendary couples in professional wrestling. John Cena and Nikki Bella. “Macho Man” Randy Savage and Elizabeth. Matt Hardy and Lita. Also WWE and AEW veterans Miro and CJ Perry. They all have something else in common. They all eventually broke up or got divorced. However, the pair once known as Rusev and Lana broke the mold this week.
Miro and CJ Perry informed TMZ Sports on Wednesday that not only are they back together, but the pair have actually renewed their wedding vows. After splitting over two years ago, the pair began to rebuild their relationship in 2024 after he returned from a trip to his native Bulgaria.
Their love has reblossomed since and the couple have renewed the original vows they made to each other back in 2016.

Could Miro and CJ Perry be headed for WWE return?
Oddly enough, both Miro and Perry are free agents. Following their release from WWE, both eventually made their way to AEW. But at different points. Perry’s short-lived run in the company as a manager ended last year. While Miro reportedly got his long-sought-after release earlier this month.
Rumors have spread that the former United States Champion is expected to return to WWE soon. It is unclear at this time if the company has any interest in also bringing his wife back as well. However, if they want to restart their duo in the wrestling business, it is possible they could take their talents elsewhere.
Both would certainly be great additions to TNA and Miro would likely jump right into the main event picture after joining the promotion.
