WWE is in the UK to film Raw and Smackdown this week. As such both are being filmed on UK time and the shows will air on tape delay in the United States. It is the one time of year we get to deal with what international fans go through every week!
There will be a lot of spoilers out on tonight’s show but we are SPOILER FREE!
Here’s what we’re looking for tonight:
Number One Miztender
The Miz really Miz’d his way into the Number 1 contendership for the IC title last week. After Seth Rollins was taken out by Samoa Joe and Finn Balor Sister Abigail’d by Bray, The A-List snuck-up and pinned Balor for the win. He will get his title shot against Dean Ambrose either tonight or at the next Raw PPV. WWE.com is teasing that the match may happen tonight, meaning we could have a spoilery title change. I think the match doesn’t happen, or if it does there are shenanigans that move both Miz and Dean into separate feuds. They don’t need to go into another long program together.
Will Braun Send Roman to hospital again?
Yes, I left “the” out on purpose. That’s how the Brits say it. The build for the eventual Ambulance match (probably happening at Extreme Rules) between Braun and Roman continues. I expect Braun will do something strong with the black cab and big red phone box that only appears on the WWE stage for UK shows.
Tag Team Turmoil:
The Golden Truth lobbied Raw GM Kurt Angle for a shot at the Raw Tag Titles. Angle granted their wish but said they needed to qualify via a Tag Team Turmoil match. Every Raw tag team apart from the champion Hardyz will compete to determine the new number one contender. With Breezango snagging the Smackdown contendership last week, don’t be surprised if R-Truth and Goldust get one last shot!
Blissed Off!
Alexa Bliss has the whole Women’s Division after her. After her devastating promo calling out the entire division, Little Miss Bliss is looking to take on whoever…except for maybe Nia Jax. Bayley will get her rematch soon. But for now, it is time for the only woman to hold BOTH WWE Women’s Titles to shine and run the show!
