Here’s When Brock’s Leaving WWE

As usual, Brock Lesnar’s wrestling appearances are a subject for considerable debate. However, eagle-eyed wrestling fans spotted that Lesnar is not advertised for the Super Show-Down in Melbourne, which takes place on October 6 at the Melbourne Cricket Ground in Australia. Naturally, this could have implications for the WWE Universal Championship.

Title Loss at Summerslam?

The WWE will take its biggest stars to the Super Show-Down in Melbourne. This includes AJ Styles, The Undertaker, John Cena, Roman Reigns, Ronda Rousey, Seth Rollins, and many others. Since the WWE is taking their promotion for the show to the match, one would expect to see the Beast on the card, but this is not the case.

With Lesnar not on the card for the Super Show-Down, I wonder if that means he will drop the title within the next couple of months. The evident choice would be Summerslam since the WWE might be looking for a big pay-per-view for the Beast to get dethroned.

As for the WWE superstar who will dethrone Lesnar, there are many possible choices. The favorite is still Roman Reigns, who lost a cage match against Lesnar due to a “technicality.” Lesnar’s feet hit the ground first, so the WWE could work with that fact to make Roman the next WWE Universal Champion.

Of course, Roman’s reign could be short-lived, especially with Braun Strowman holding the Money in the Bank briefcase. Still, it means there are some exciting months ahead of us.

WWE Swerve?

Let’s face it; it’s not the first time the WWE has purposely not advertised Brock Lesnar. Whether it was due to contract negotiations or a genuine Vince McMahon swerve, we know better than to trust the word of advertising at this point.

Of course, a little part of me is scared the WWE will keep on Brock Lesnar just for this event. The Australian fan base does have exquisite taste, which means there won’t be too much Brock Lesnar fans to even notice he’s gone. Here’s hoping!
