Dear WWE Creative,
I know the Road to Wrestlemania season is over several weeks away; I also know the grand event is more than months away; however, what I also know is that while plans can change drastically from now until Wrestlemania 35, plans are also currently being sketched for the big event as I write.
Catch me if you can.

Like most wrestling fans, I love perusing spoilers, in many ways it’s part of my job, and when I fell upon a report listing Seth Rollins as not only the top candidate for Brock Lesnar come WM 35, but also to dethrone the Universal Champion, it made me smile.
Catch me if you can.

For a plethora of reasons.
With a slew of injuries plaguing the current RAW roster, not to mention a lag in storylines creatively (#sorrynotsorry), Seth Rollins has been one of the best things about the Red brand’s show since he burst back in singles competition earlier this year. Rollins is on fire, both in the ring, on that mic, and when it comes to his connection to the WWE Universe. While I could name a top three list of superstars that I would like to see not only face The Beast Incarnate at Wrestlemania, but also capture that coveted Universal Championship, Rollins hands down tops the list. He’s captivating, his RAW and pay-per-view matches continually steal the show, and after a long road back from injury in 2016, Rollins jumped back into the WWE and has captured tag team championships multiple times over, slayed Kings, exploded and trended #MondayNightRollins on social media, become a Triple Crown Champion, and has now added two-time IC champ to his resume, continuing to enhance the prestige around this title wrapped in rich wrestling history.
Time to refocus heading towards Ambrose and #TLC. I learn the most by testing myself…so the #ICTitle Open Challenge returns tomorrow night on #Raw. #mondaynightrollins It’s go time.

He’s carries the weight of RAW on his shoulders, thanks to a part-time Universal Champion in Brock Lesnar, and after over two years of hard work, more than proving himself to officials and the WWE Universe, it’s time to not only place Seth Rollins back into the title race picture, but back in the Wrestlemania spotlight, adding Universal Champion to his list of accolades.
Away game? Hostile environment? No Brock? No Bryan? No Ronda? No Becky? ….no problem. THE Man, THE Champ. The hardest working MFer in this business just wrecked Cincinnati. #ALLHEART #Starrcade

Of course, he had to dive into and finish up this little program with Dean Ambrose; however, having said that, if you are thinking Seth Rollins versus Brock Lesnar for the Universal Championship come Wrestlemania 35, stay on that thought …
Signed,
Me.
