For five rounds and 25 minutes, Valentina Shevchenko showed why she is one of the top female fighters in the world.
Shevchenko reclaimed the UFC women’s flyweight title with a one-sided decision over Alexa Grasso at UFC 306 Saturday night.

The 36-year-old had battled Grasso to a draw in their rematch last September after losing the belt in early 2023 to her via submission.
“It’s like a dream come true fighting in the Sphere,” Shevchenko said. “I want to thank the UFC for what they are doing for us fighters. I appreciate it with all my heart.”
Shevchenko now owns wins over the likes of Holly Holm, Jessica Andrade, Julianna Pena and Joanna Jedrzecjzyk.
