And, if he does, will his involvement lead to Theory and Waller no longer being in the six pack ladder match? It’s a big question to be asked, and one that is quite loaded. With WrestleMania in Philly, we’ve heard some whispers of perhaps a tag team coming back for a big showing. And those choices have made names in ladder matches…so some have wondered about them being inserted into the six pack. More recently, a report came out hinting that Austin Theory and Grayson Waller might be that tag team out.

What next?

Then things took a rather interesting turn, thanks to social media. A gym workout was filmed and shared by Waller and Theory, and caught the attention of one Joey Swoll. Swoll has millions of followers across various social media platforms. He is known for chastising obnoxious gym goers who act like they own the place…ending his videos with “mind your own business. Do better”. And not that long ago…Swoll blasted Waller and Theory for just that.

In the initial video, a WrestleMania involvement seemed iffy…but now it surely sounds like Swoll will be making an appearance. If so, this could be an interesting one. WWE has shown a willingness to get involved with social media influencers, which Swoll is. Between X, TikTok and Instagram, Joey Swoll has roughly 10 million followers. Of course, Swoll was tagging CM Punk (both are from Chicago) and The Rock (because of the workouts), but one would have to think if he shows up in Philly, he won’t confront the heels alone.

It might be a most unexpected and a bit unorthodox partnership…but it could also be really fun. Swoll’s content is very positive and can be uplifting. He is known for supporting kids who are being bullied and picked on, often offering to come visit them and show support. Certainly seems like someone worth partnering with, and we may be seeing that this weekend.
