CM Punk took part in an extensive interview with Ariel Helwani on The MMA Hour. He addressed several topics, including his time in AEW. Basically, he buried Tony Khan and several of the top names from the promotion. Of course, the backstage incident with Jack Perry was mentioned. If you do not recall, Perry mocked Punk during the pre-show over using real glass for a spot. Once Perry returned to the back, Punk was there and it became physical. Perry remains suspended and Punk was released only days later.

Well, Khan probably did not like what was said and he will respond in a unique way. Fightful Select has confirmed that footage from that day will air on Wednesday’s Dynamite. We do not know if it is security footage or from one’s personal recording device. Regardless, it has people’s attention and they might tune in just to see what occurred for themselves.

According to Punk, he was done with AEW and did not want to be part of the new Collision show. He knew before heading out for his match with Samoa Joe that he was done with AEW. Now, there is a bit of confusion if Punk quit or Khan fired him. Seemingly, both have different sides of the story.

AEW has never recovered from what should have been a great night from start to finish. Perry has been working in Japan, claiming he has not spoken to Khan about returning. Again, that is either true or someone is lying. Punk rejoined WWE at Survivor Series, but is out until summer due to an injury. Although, he will be present at tonight’s WrestleMania 40. So, is airing the CM Punk – Jack Perry altercation footage from All In actually going to prove anything?
