WWE’s current broadcasting deals for Monday Night RAW, Friday Night SmackDown, and NXT are set to expire in 2024. So, where could the Red brand head to, next?

Possible TV Networks Interested In RAW

Currently, the Red brand and NXT shows air on USA Network, and the Blue brand show airs on FOX. A past report reveals that SmackDown will soon be leaving FOX.

In fact, the company recently signed a five-year contract to bring the Blue brand show back to the USA network. The move will occur in October of next year, which will keep SmackDown on the USA Network until 2029.

As SmackDown is headed there, the network isn’t expected to renew their deal for either RAW or NXT. Dave Meltzer recently discussed possible TV networks that could pick up the Red brand show, when its contract expires with USA, during a recent edition of Wrestling Observer Radio.

According to Meltzer, the company is doing its earnings report soon and he notes that the “rumor” mill is buzzing with possible TV networks that would love to broadcast the promotion’s flagship show. He states that FX, Warner Bro. Discovery (WB), and USA are all being stated as possible candidates.

Meltzer reveals that WB picking the show up would be a “crazy situation”. He also notes that the USA Network is a long shot.

He states the company’s earning report, along with the UFC’s, will be out soon. Dave goes on to say that analysts are predicting the promotion is getting a 42% increase, which may not drop their shares down, as they are already lower than they should be.

Still, the increase will be profitable and may look good when it comes to negotiating television broadcasting rights and contracts. Only time will tell where the show will land.
