“Fight Inc: Inside the UFC” will provide fight fans around the world with a special look inside the promotion, including moments with UFC CEO Dana White and his team. The series will be produced by Roku Originals and is set to debut in 2024.
Fans around the world have watched from afar as the UFC has worked tirelessly to become the No. 1 mixed martial arts promotion in the world.
But things have not gone smoothly over the last three decades.
“Fight Inc: Inside the UFC” will be a program that provides viewers with an unprecedented look at what goes on behind the scenes with CEO Dana White and members of his team.
The series, which will air in 2024 and be produced by Roku Originals, will peel back the curtain for a look at the daily work put in by the promotion when it comes to the fight business, problem solving, rebuilding fight cards and more.
UFC Series To Feature Jon Jones, Sean O’Malley Others
Among those that the series will highlight include reigning heavyweight champion Jon Jones and bantamweight champion Sean O’Malley.
Jones, recovering from an injury, is expected to face Stipe Miocic in 2024. O’Malley is set to make his first title defense in the new year vs. Marlon Vera.
Also, Israel Adesanya and teammate Alexander Volkanovski, along with Amanda Nunes, are expected to be among those highlighted by the series.
“For 30 years, the (promotion) has enthralled millions of fans around the world with an athletic competition unlike any other,” said Brian Tannenbaum, Head of Originals, Roku Media. “Roku Original series ‘Fight Inc: Inside the UFC’ commemorates three decades of this iconic organization, while also giving audiences an exclusive look into the UFC of today.”
White is set to serve as an executive producer along with several others.
The series joins Roku’s expanding roster of premium original sports programming, alongside “NFL Draft: The Pick Is In” and “WWE Superstars of Tomorrow,” amid a growing slate of Roku Originals, including “The Spiderwick Chronicles,” “Honest Renovations,” “Morimoto’s Sushi Master,” “The Great American Baking Show,” “Die Hart 2: Die Harter,” “Meet Me in Paris,” “WEIRD: The Al Yankovic Story,” and more.
