Former UFC heavyweight contender Mark Hunt took to social media to vent about his former promotion and boss, Dana White. Hunt called out White and the UFC for ending their partnership with USADA at the end of this year.
Mark Hunt Lays Into UFC, Dana White Over USADA Partnership Ending
Leave it to Mark Hunt to really voice his frustrations with the UFC and UFC president Dana White.
Hunt took to social media to do just that in regard to the recent move by his former fighting home to dissolve the relationship with USADA to fight drug use starting in 2024.
Much of that decision was based around how USADA treated Conor McGregor and his planned return to action.
“I give you a year before you are no more,” Hunt posted on Instagram. “You can’t keep ripping fighters and their families off. The exodus from you criminals is already starting.
“The only scumbag gutterdog is you worthless (expletive) mutt (White) imagine waiting for my lawsuit to end so you could try force USADA to put McGregor in without testing why make rules when you don’t follow them or enforce them yourself it isn’t over yet boi.”
Hunt and UFC have been embroiled in legal battles since 2017. At UFC 200, Hunt faced Brock Lesnar and he claims the promotion allowed Lesnar to use performance-enhancing drugs on his way to picking up a decision that night.
The decision was overturned to a no-contest, but Hunt filed suit in court. The case was recently dismissed due to not definitive proof being provided by Hunt.
