Logan Paul Dominates Dillon Danis In Exhibition Match

Social media pundit and WWE pro wrestler Logan Paul earned a disqualification victory over Dillon Danis Saturday.

The exhibition match was the main event from Manchester, England.

Paul, who controlled the bout from the onset, outlanded Danis 108-16 in total punches and threw 330 to just 70 by the four-time jiu-jitsu champion and frequent training partner of Conor McGregor.

Heading into the sixth with Paul well ahead and Danis shot in for a takedown. It was his second attempt at such a move and prompted Paul to throw a hammer fist. The lead-up to the fight included Danis taking aim at Paul’s fiance, Nina Agdal, which resulted in lawsuits being filed.

“This is a hobby for me,” Paul said (thanks to ESPN for the quotes). “My true passion, I’m a WWE superstar. I’m an American boy, and I want that U.S. title. Rey Mysterio, I already beat you once and I’m coming for that U.S. championship.”

Paul referred to Danis as a “coward” after the fight.

“I forgave Dillon before this fight started,” he said. “It was the only way to attack this fight without emotion. But he was calling himself a real fighter? Conor McGregor, you see that?”

Fury, the brother of heavyweight champion Tyson Fury, scored a majority decision over KSI. The bout featured less than 80 total punches being landed between the two over six rounds.

“I couldn’t use my right hand for six weeks,” Fury said. “I’ll never be Tyson Fury; I’m just trying to be the best Tommy Fury I can be.”

Fury handed Jake Paul, Logan’s brother, his first pro boxing loss earlier this year. Tyson Fury is set to face former UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou later this year.
