Emotions are all over the map for quite a few former employees, but check out these interesting comments from a released Superstar.

Namely, from Rick Boogs.

We can argue that Boogs’ career blew up-in a bad way-when he suffered a quad injury early in his tag title match at WrestleMania.

Not ideal, but it is what it is.

Since returning from the injury, he has never recaptured that magic that he had while paired with Shinsuke Nakamura.

Now, following his release last week, he’s provided some interesting, if somewhat vague, comments

So, that could be something…but it could be anything.

However, Boogs made it a little more clear with this one…

So, while some past casualties of WWE releases have been because they were targeted by Vince McMahon…Boogs feels he was liked and had traction because of the chairman, and is gone because he’s fallen out of power.

Here’s the reality of it all…

Boogs and Nakamura were hot…and injuries happen, but sometimes we have a hot fad that does not sustain itself.

We will never know, because without Boogs, Shinsuke kind of fizzled too. WWE didn’t think they had to be paired together, because they never were reunited.

And, in case Boogs missed it…Vince is back. He pushed his way back in, and while Triple H is heading up creative…McMahon is still around and influencing things.

Boogs is convinced someone had a beef with him and that’s why he’s gone. Maybe Triple H didn’t like him and Vince did, but Hunter has said that he listens to his father in law.

So, I am thinking if Vince didn’t want him gone…he wouldn’t have been let go.

But he was…which speaks volumes.

Perhaps some time away gets Boogs some more polish and he comes back around. For now, he sounds like he will have plenty to say once his 90 days are up.
