As per reports, Liv suffered an injury during a match against Damage CTRL on Friday Night SmackDown. She was supposed to do a Cricket Wireless meet and greet on the Monday afternoon of RAW, but Dolph Ziggler took her place.

It was announced during RAW that the WWE Women’s Tag Title match with partner Raquel Rodriguez versus Chelsea Green and Sonya Deville was postponed. Later in the show, Raquel had a singles bout against Green and defeated her.

After the match, Rodriguez was attacked by Shayna Baszler and a returning Ronda Rousey. Dave Meltzer talks about Morgan and her injury during the latest edition of Wrestling Observer Radio.

He notes that based on WWE’s booking, the former SmackDown Women’s Champion likely doesn’t have a serious injury. This means she’ll probably be back in action soon.

He goes on to say that the WWE wouldn’t have “postponed” the Women’s Tag Team Championship match if she was going to be out for a long time. This is great news for the superstar and her fans.

In that time, she has held the SD Women’s title and Women’s Tag Titles (with Rodriguez). She also scored the Women’s Money in the Bank briefcase in 2022.
