With the Road to WrestleMania in sight, Brock Lesnar’s WrestleMania plans could be materializing. Plus, who might be the next NXT call-ups?
Brock Lesnar WrestleMania Plans Materializing
After much silence, it seems that Brock Lesnar’s WrestleMania plans could be materializing.
With next year’s WrestleMania a 2 night Hollywood event, WWE surely wants to have some big matches.
Thus, having Lesnar on the card is a no-brainer.
Plus, in case you’d forgotten, this will be Triple H’s first WrestleMania calling the shots.
We know how top notch SummerSlam was, and that was merely his first PLE. So, it seems safe to say he will be aiming to impress once again.
While expecting Brock Lesnar to have WrestleMania plans seems obvious, those plans are now materializing, according to reports.
Right now, the match on paper? Brock Lesnar versus GUNTHER.
That note comes from WrestlingNews.co, and it’s hard not to be excited by that.
In terms of the specifics, nothing is known just yet. We still have the Royal Rumble to worry about between now and then, for starters.
How we might get there is at least fun to ponder.

For one thing, GUNTHER is still our current Intercontinental Champion.
He faces Ricochet on this week’s SmackDown, so that could change.
Or…does WWE want to use a Lesnar title challenge to further elevate that title? Hunter has done a great deal to boost both “mid-card” titles, since Roman Reigns does not work every week.
Having Lesnar chase one of them would push that even further.
Or, of course, GUNTHER could drop it between now and then.
And, with the Rumble next month, it is entirely possible we see the two tangle in the match, leading to the WrestleMania match. Stranger things have happened…
I never expected to see Brock Lesnar hit Bad Bunny with an F5 in 2022. pic.twitter.com/E42FK4KWQY

In my mind, it could go similar to when Lesnar met Keith Lee. We were robbed of that particular clash, however.
y’all remember when they teased brock lesnar vs keith lee @ royal rumble? i’m mad that we never got this feud bc it would’ve been a 10/10 BANGERRR. pic.twitter.com/W1vf6RUmkn

Next NXT Call-ups
Something else to ponder, with the Rumble 6 weeks away…the next NXT call-ups.
Sadly, not on this list, at least not now, is Indi Hartwell. Though, let us hope we see her join her buddies on the main roster shortly.
But in this instance, per Fightful, there are two names floating around as impending call-ups.
Cameron Grimes has already popped up in a backstage segment. Von Wagner had been rumored to be called up, but nothing happened.
Both Superstars seem poised to be up sooner than later.

That could mean we see them any day now. Or, it could see them make main roster debuts around the time of the Royal Rumble.
Grimes is a well-polished talent, all things considered. He’s one of NXT’s more television ready Superstars, and he showed that when recruiting Gallows and Anderson to NXT for a night.
Wagner has the pedigree and the in-ring chops, but the knock on him had been the intangibles. Pair him with someone good, and it could all click.
No word on if Robert Stone would make the leap with him, should he indeed be called up.
Notable for Wagner, he did recently challenge Bron Breakker for the NXT Championship. Wagner lost, and Breakker then moved on to Apollo Crews.
Having new faces on RAW and SmackDown is usually a good thing. Could we see two new ones soon?
