Sadly, Becky separated her shoulder. There’s been a buzz that she may need surgery, and could miss a significant of time while recovering.
According to Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Radio, the injury looks quite bad. He saw a photo and notes that Lynch likely “gutted” her way through the RAW Women’s Championship bout to finish it, and her interview afterward.
Meltzer believes that Becks will be out for months. He also states that the WWE took action to transfer the “heat” to heels Bayley, Dakota, lo Sky, Dakota Kai, and far away from Bianca Belair.
More Of An Update On The Becky Lynch Injury
Sean Sapp from Fightful also recently reveals that the injury will affect creative to some degree. He also notes that there’s a “50/50” chance Lynch will need surgery.
During RAW the WWE did note that “after” Control’s attack on Becky, she’s expected to be out “several” months. Only time will tell.
Becky Lynch is undeniably one of the GOATs in professional wrestling. She truly came into her own after the 2018 SummerSlam PPV, when she turned on Charlotte Flair and transformed into The Man persona.
She’s pretty much “done it all” in the WWE. From main eventing WrestleMania to appearing on the cover of WWE 2K20.
She also won the 2019 Women’s, Royal Rumble. Not to mention she’s a six-time WWE Women’s Champion and the longest reigning RAW Women’s champ of all time.
On behalf of everyone here at WNZ, we wish Big Time Becks a speedy and smooth recovery. The land of WWE just won’t be the same until her return.
Meanwhile, Dana Warrior has been working with the WWE in different departments since 2014. It was at that point in time that she became a brand ambassador.
She transitioned to the creative team in 2019. A new report states that The Ultimate Warrior’s widow has left that role.
Dana Warrior Out Of WWE Creative
According to PW Insider, Dana Warrior has left a WWE creative role. It’s interesting to note that she was seen backstage during this weekend’s SummerSlam event.
While she’s not working with the creative team anymore, this does not mean she’s left the company. The report states that Dana left the role several months ago.
What’s Next For Dana Warrior?
It’s being reported that Ms. Warrior had been working from home, remotely, before leaving that job. She was not “on the road” with the WWE.
It seems that Dana is now working within the WWE’s community relations team. She continues to collaborate on outreach campaigns, on a full-time basis.
