Since Cesaro left the WWE this past February, fans have been excited to see him perform outside the company. Especially since there was no non-compete clause in his contract. However, according to a report, promoters are saying it’s a struggle to book him.

As per a Fightful Select report, some promoters have tried to book Cesaro. Sadly, they’ve struggled to do so.
The report notes that some promoters say their calls weren’t answered. Others reveal that Cesaro’s asking price was too high.
The Reason Why Promoters Struggle To Book Cesaro
The report also details that Cesaro’s agent manages a roster of other wrestlers. It’s been said that some talents intentionally ask for higher prices as they are happy to stay home until the “right” deal comes.
Sometimes their asking price is high as the offer is presented after a wrestler has been on the road for a long time, and needs a break. It’s important to note that the report states it’s unclear if either of these instances relates to Cesaro’s situation
Both the WWE locker room and fans were stunned when the WWE released Cesaro. The report notes the company wanted to keep him but simply couldn’t reach a deal.
It was also noted that Cesaro was playing hardball during the negotiations with the WWE. Sounds like he and his team were serious about what they wanted.
Cesaro signed with the WWE in 2011. Over his career, he was U.S. Champion, RAW Tag Team Champion (five times), and SmackDown Tag Champ, twice.
But he was never able to snag the holy grail of championships in the company, the WWE title. Despite many believing, he was more than worthy of a world championship run.
Over to the ladies of the WWE, an internal roster was recently revealed, outlining the RAW women’s division. Who are the top heels and faces now?
Shift In RAW Women’s Division
There’s been a shift in the women’s division on Monday Night RAW as of late , thanks to a few changes. Rhea Ripley recently turned heel, while Lacey Evans and Asuka returned, as well as Alexa Bliss.
According to a report by PW Insider, while Bliss “just returned”, she’s listed as the #2 babyface in the women’s division for RAW. Meanwhile, RAW Women’s Champion Bianca Belair lands in the top spot.
Rounding out the top faces, Liv Morgan is at #3, followed by Asuka at #4, and Dana Brook (current 24/7 Champion) at #5.
Who Are The Top Heels?
Becky Lynch is number one when it comes to top heel. She’s followed by Rhea Ripley in the #2 heel spot, then Lacey Evans in #3.
Carmella is at the #4 spot for heels, while Queen Zelina Vega follows at #5. Then it’s Doudrop, Nikki A.S.H., and Tamina Snuka at #6, 7, and 8.
Something interesting about these internal documents is that they do not list Sonya Deville on the roster. In fact, the WWE website lists her on both RAW and SmackDown, as of this writing.
Deville does not have a RAW or SmackDown logo on her profile page. As of this past Monday night, Sonya’s storyline took a swerve.
She was terminated from her WWE official role but is still active with the WWE as a superstar. She faced a returning Alexis Bliss this week but lost the match.
