What Night Gets The Fiend + Future Of 205 Live Becoming Clear?

What Night Will Get The Fiend?

Bray Wyatt and his super creepy alter ego, The Fiend, have been very popular since debuting on WWE programming earlier this year.

With the brands and shows likely to have a more strict split in the near future, and with SmackDown heading to Fox, many wonder which Superstars will end up where. The Fiend is no different.

According to WrestleVotes, Fox has been asking to gain the services of The Fiend for Friday Night SmackDown. However, in spite of the ask, it seems that, at least for the time being, WWE will be keeping Bray Wyatt, and his Fiend persona, on Monday Night RAW.

What Is The Future Of 205 Live?

-Ever since the SmackDown-to-Fox move was announced, people have been pondering the future of the show that comes on when the blue brand show signs off.

205 Live has, since it’s inception, aired immediately following SmackDown. This allows WWE to leverage the ring and crew for a one hour live show for the WWE Network.

With the Fox move, it’s been asked whether the show will move or be killed off. With a number of former 205 Live talents getting back into the main roster shows and doing well (Cedric Alexander, Ali, Drake Maverick), it’s worth wondering if WWE would just split the talent across both brands and call it a day.

This got even more ammo when Lio Rush showed up on the USA debut of NXT and became the number 1 contender for the Cruiserweight Championship.

However, according to PW Insider, that’s not the plan. At least, not yet anyways.

For the time being, the plans call for 205 Live to continue to happen following SmackDown. That means the show will now be a Friday event, as opposed to it’s previous Tuesday slot.

In addition to the changes to the dates, the word is that the NXT team will be writing for 205 Live.

That last point could make a decent product with great talent even better.
