Update On Bret Hart's Attacker

‘- The 2019 WWE Hall of Fame will always be remembered for the fan who tackled Bret Hart in the middle of his speech. While Hart took the fall, the person was quickly taken down by WWE superstars and also received a few shots. Hart was later treated at a local hospital before being released with minor injuries.

25 year old Zachary Madsen, who is an amateur MMA fighter, was set to appear at the Kings Criminal Court on May 28, but he was granted a continuance through his lawyer. The case has been pushed until July 9 according to PWInsider.

Madsen has been charged with 3rd degree assault and trespassing. The most severe punishment would see him face a year in jail for each assault charge.

Before the attack, Madsen had sent out several strange tweets addressed to the likes of Triple H, Stephanie McMahon and Vince McMahon. While it was difficult to make out the meaning behind his tweets, they seemed to indicate that he was not happy women were in the main event of WrestleMania.

– One similarity between the first Takeover card and Saturday’s Takeover XXV was the presence of Tyler Breeze. He was the only wrestler who competed on both cards and is now part of history. After Takeover XXV, Triple H addressed Breeze’s status with NXT and the main roster.

“It was a lateral move for Tyler Breeze,” said Triple H. “It wasn’t calling him up or sending him down. It was him going to a place where he can do his thing as good as anyone else in the world. I think they both earned each other’s respect and realized that this is the place to be. People have asked if this was a one-off for Tyler Breeze? It is not. I think Tyler Breeze took the first step back to being gorgeous and this was just the beginning.”

At the show, Breeze lost to North American Champion Velveteen Dream but not without putting up a good fight. Considering how Breeze has done little on the main roster, a spot in NXT might be for the best as he can be better featured.
