‘- As per Pro Wrestling Sheet, it seems that former WWE Superstar Batista is currently talking to the WWE regarding a potential Wrestlemania return.
Interestingly enough, All Elite Wrestling (AEW) seems to have some interest in the Animal as well, and as per the report, Batista is entertaining the idea of working with the new promotion. It is being said that Batista is on the fence, feeling 50/50 about his return based on his discussions with the WWE.
A Triple H versus Batista program was teased during the SmackDown 1000 celebration this past October, when Evolution reunited for the big show. Meanwhile, no information regarding what The Animal would do at AEW, or if there was potential for him to return at the promotion’s big Double or Nothing event taking place this May 25th.
– The WWE Universe was a tad shocked to see Dean Ambrose turn face this past Monday Night RAW, and Wrestling Observer Radio’s Dave Meltzer commented on last night’s segment where The Lunatic Fringe wished his former Shield mate Seth Rollins “good luck” on his Wrestlemania 35 match against Brock Lesnar.
According to Melzer, that “good luck” line wasn’t part of the original plan as the WWE had something else in mind for him to say; however, it is being reported Ambrose didn’t like it. Apparently, Dean wasn’t feeling the original script, and the segment rolled along the way he wanted.
Not sure if we’ll be seeing much of Dean Ambrose as he finishes up his final months with the company, as the WWE might not have much control over what he says or does moving forward.
