The WWE has been teasing the arrival of NXT brute Lars Sullivan, and this debut is expected to happen at TLC.
Sullivan’s arrival might be strategic at this point, as it is rumored Braun Strowman is suffering from a serious elbow injury. If this is indeed the case, Sullivan could be the one to face Baron Corbin during Tables, Ladders, and Chairs.
SmackDown Tag Team Championships Could Be Determined with Tables, Ladders, and Chairs!
Some of the best matches in history have involved tables, ladders, and chairs. The latest news on the grapevine is that the TLC SmackDown Live tag team match will involve just that. Considering how great the matches between these three tag teams have been in the past, I cannot wait to see if we will get the ultimate match from these tag teams on Sunday.
Braun Strowman Will Not Be at TLC
Rumors are rampant that the Monster Among Men is severely injured. It is believed he is getting treatment for a shattered elbow at the moment, which could see him out of action for some time. It also means his match with Baron Corbin on Sunday could be cancelled.
Six-Man Tag Team To Fill The Show?
As mentioned briefly earlier, the status of Finn Balor and Braun Strowman is currently unknown for TLC. It could lead to the structure of the pay-per-view being changed. One of the rumors is that some of the matches may be melted down into one big tag team match.
The rumor that is currently most dominant is that there will be a six-man tag team match. Names that could be added to this match include Drew McIntyre, Dolph Ziggler, Dean Ambrose, Baron Corbin, and Seth Rollins. Of course, this turn of events does depend on Finn’s medical status at the time.
Tamina Could Cost Ronda Her Title
Ronda Rousey might be drawing the short end of the stick on Sunday, as it is believed Tamina could interfere in the match to help her relative Nia Jax. We’ll need to tune in tto see if the interference leads to Ronda Rousey losing her title.
Becky Drops SmackDown Live Women’s Championship
Becky Lynch may be a fantastic champion, but there is some discussion that Asuka might be taking the title from her during TLC. It could mean good news for Asuka, but also give Becky Lynch the chance to move to the Raw brand and resume her rivalry with Ronda Rousey.
Bray Wyatt Returns
If Braun Strowman is unable to compete on Sunday, his place might be filled by the Eater of Worlds, Bray Wyatt. This could be an interesting turn of events!
