Stephanie McMahon has big dreams as the WWE’s CBO (Chief Brand Officer). She has bold dreams for the company indeed, as she wants to make the brand even bigger than Disney.

Influence on Women’s Wrestling

It is no secret that Stephanie McMahon has her eyes set on the women’s division and wants to expand it as much as she can. She has been successful in signing Ronda Rousey, who turned out to be one of the most exciting women’s wrestlers over the past decade. She also has her eyes set on Serena Williams, hoping to sign her for the WWE in the future, subsequently growing the women’s division even further.

That being said, Stephanie has even bigger plans for the WWE brand as a whole. During the Web Summit in Lisbon, Portugal, she revealed she is looking to obtain a bigger market value than Disney, which is estimated at more than two-hundred billion dollars.

“Now that’s a tall order, especially given recent transactions. However, there’s no reason why we can’t get there. You have to dream big, have big, bold goals, and go after them.” – STephanie mcmahon

What The WWE Must Do to Catch Up ro Disney!

WWE

If the WWE is serious about competing with Disney, it is necessary for them to start listening to their fans. There are countless stars on the roster who are widely popular, but ignored in favor of part-time veterans such as Brock Lesnar.

Finn Balor is one of the prime examples of how the WWE mistreats some of the biggest talent. There is no reason why Balor should not get another title run. Yes, he got a serious injury as the first WWE Universal Champion, but it is hardly a reason not to put the man back into the title picture.

The WWE must also address the damage that has been done by continuing with their Saudi Arabia pay-per-view. They have started some repair tactics by giving female wrestlers more exposure and supporting some women’s charities, but it is not solely about that anymore. If the WWE is looking to move forward, the contract with Saudi Arabia should be reconsidered as a top priority.
