Learn About Titus O’Neil’s Tragic Beginning To Triumphant Present

Titus O'Neil

Titus O’Neil is one of the most discussed WWE superstars, whether it concerns his unfortunate encounter with Vince McMahon or his many charitable works. Still, there are some things the WWE Universe does not know yet about Titus O’Neil, so here are some quick facts about this WWE superstar.

1. His Charity Involvement Dates Back to College

Many people believe that Titus’ charitable works only started when he joined the WWE, but nothing could be further from the truth. His involvement in charities began in his college days, so Titus certainly has a big heart.

Aside from charity work within the WWE, Titus O’Neil is still heavily involved with charitable organizations in the Tampa Bay area. He is responsible for helping 245 student-athletes getting into college, but also contributed to book reading programs and the United Way Walking School Bus Program. He also organizes the Joy of Giving event yearly, which gives toys to more than a thousand children.

2. He Has Two Sons

Titus O’Neil has two sons called Thaddeus Jr. and Titus. He loves being a dad and was even awarded the 2015 Mega Dad Award for Celebrity Dad of the Year.

3. Bautista Is One of His Best Friends

O’Neil is famous himself, so it is no surprise he has a renowned friend too. It is widely known that Titus O’Neil is best friends with none other than Bautista.

Bautista is one of my other half’s favorite wrestlers. Even though we have not seen him for quite some time, it would be great if Titus could pave the way for a Bautista return. Can a girl hope?

4. The Story of His Conception Is Quite Sad

The origins story of Titus O’Neil is not as lovely as the man is himself. In 2014, it was revealed that Titus O’Neil was conceived when his mother was raped at the age of 11.

One does have to admire Titus’ mum. She raised a wonderful man with respect for the world and other people. So, despite the horrible thing she went through, she managed to raise Titus into the man he is today. Props to mama O’Neil.

5. He Started Was A College Football Star

Titus has quite a football background, much like other WWE superstars such as Baron Corbin, Brock Lesnar, Roman Reigns, and Mojo Rawley.

O’Neil started his football career through an athletic scholarship for the University of Florida. He played for the football team from 1997 to 2000, until he graduated.

After finishing his college career, O’Neil would continue playing football in the Arena Football League from 2003 to 2007. He would play for Tampa Bay Storm, the Las Vegas Gladiators, and Carolina Cobras.
