WWE’s Most Dangerous Superstars

Samoa Joe’s Stock Has Skyrocketed

The WWE is full of talented individuals and some of them are downright scary. There are different kinds of scary such as being a freak athlete who could destroy anyone or those that are a danger to work with because of safety concerns. Here, are the most dangerous wrestlers currently working for WWE.

Brock Lesnar

There is nobody in the history of sports that can say they held the top championships in WWE and UFC. Well, with the exception being Brock Lesnar. Since returning to WWE, Lesnar really has been given no gimmick. He walks around like the baddest man on the planet and while that is not true, Lesnar is the toughest person under contract with WWE. I remember the Randy Orton match at SummerSlam two years ago, where Lesnar used his elbows to open a nasty cut on Orton’s head. Knowing Lesnar’s background, we all watched and wondered if there was an actual shoot taking place inside the ring. Even Chris Jericho was thrown off by the brutality.

Randy Orton

Randy Orton is a third generation superstar that has been with WWE for 15 years and is a sure-fire Hall of Famer. Unlike some of the other veterans on the roster, there is a bit of swagger in how Orton performs. He is so good inside the ring, that he expects nothing less from his opponents. So, Orton has a habitat of tossing around low card wrestlers like they are nobodies. Case in point, watch when he dropped one of the Singh Brothers on the announcer’s table during his Jinder Mahal program. The Singh Brother landed hard and Orton shrugged it off with a simple ‘oops’ looks on his face.

Enzo

Fans are split on Enzo because of his antics in and out of the ring. I must admit, Enzo is amusing but one of the more dangerous wrestlers on the roster. In a real fight, Enzo would run his mouth for a minute before getting knocked out with a single blow. In wrestling, a superstar needs to protect their opponents from seriously getting injured. After watching Enzo and hearing some shoot interviews, he thinks his wrestling is apparently on par with AJ Styles and Triple H. If someone asked Enzo to hit a shooting star press, he would say no problem; then the move gets performed and at least one person gets hurt. I would not feel safe taking a bump from or with Enzo.

Hideo Itami

A few years back, WWE grabbed several names from Japan, Impact Wrestling and the Indy scene. Hideo Itami was one of the bigger names signed and there was lots of hope he would become a star. Fast forward to now, and Itami has become known for being injury prone and also hurting other wrestlers. Several wrestlers in NXT suffered injuries and that stigma of hurting other carried over to the main roster. In his first week, Itami smashed in The Brain Kendrick’s face with the GTS. I am not comparing Itami to CM Punk, but the straight edge superstar used the same finisher and did not leave a trail of fractured facial bones.

Samoa Joe

When it comes to intensity, there might be nobody scarier than Samoa Joe. When Joe cuts a promo, it feels like he could easily kill someone and the fans chant a similar catchphrase throughout his matches. It could simply be passion, but I do not see a line of people to see if he is the real deal or just talk. Joe seems to care about the wrestling business and would not let anyone disrespect it. There are certain people who give a vibe of intensity and Joe easily makes that list.
