World’s Strongest Man Eddie Hall Joining the WWE?

The WWE is known to recruit some of their wrestlers from the World’s Strongest Man circuit; for example, Mark Henry and Braun Strowman. It would seem now that the WWE is considering another strong man for their roster, more specifically Eddie Hall. Here is the story!

Eddie Hall Received an Offer from the WWE

During a recent interview, Eddie Hall revealed he has received an offer to join the WWE. It would seem like the strongman is considering the proposal, since he mentioned this during the interview as well.

There are also rumors that Hall is considering retiring from the World’s Strongest Man circuit. Still, being 29, he could have a bright future in the WWE.

I am quite excited about the possibility of the World’s Strongest Man joining the WWE. I’m not only excited because he is British, but the prospect of having a hard worker replace the likes of Brock Lesnar makes me very happy.

Who Is Eddie Hall?

Eddie Hall is a British strongman who won the title of World’s Strongest Man in 2017. He was born in Newcastle-Under-Lyme in Staffordshire.

Before his career as a strongman, Eddie worked as a mechanic in Shropshire. He would later become a serious competitor in the World’s Strongest Man circuit, and would eventually win the title last year.

My Opinion on Eddie Hall and Him Joining the WWE

To be honest, I’m usually not that excited about hiring athletes from other sports into the WWE, generally because I find those people lack some passion for the business. However, I don’t think the same applies to Hall.

The WWE Universe loves feats of strength, such as Braun Strowman flipping an ambulance on its side. With Eddie Hall on the main roster, we can expect many other achievements of power, so I am quite excited about the prospect of him joining.

There is only one thing I am worried about, and that is the status of Strowman when Eddie Hall joins the roster. Even though it could prove interesting for future match-ups, it could diminish Strowman’s status as the Monster Among Men. Still, if handled right, there could be room for both men in the WWE.
