Could the Wyatt Sicks make their long-awaited debut on SmackDown tonight? A new report seems to open the door to that possibility.
The Wyatt Sicks has not been seen on WWE television for months. After losing in a tag match to the Final Testament, the faction was moved to SmackDown in the transfer portal and never debuted. Word around the industry was that their leader, Uncle Howdy — AKA Bo Dallas — suffered an injury and they sidelined the group until he recovered.
Well, it was recently revealed that he has been cleared, and management was starting to plot out a potential return. On Friday, PW Insider reported pitches have been made and discussed in recent creative meetings for the group. Furthermore, their return to television could be “sooner than you think,” according to a WWE source that spoke to the outlet.
There were recent rumors that multiple-time women’s champion Alexa Bliss might be involved in a storyline with the group — potentially as their new leader. Since she has a long on-screen history with Dallas’ deceased brother Bray Wyatt. However, it seems like she is being set up for a storyline with Charlotte Flair now.
However, the company ends up using the Wyatt Sicks, they need to make the most of their return. Due to their long absence, they have lost a lot of the momentum they had last year. If they can’t quickly reignite that fan interest, the group may get a very short leash to try and succeed.
