A new rumor suggests a WWE legend could be returning for a notable in-ring role on the Road to WrestleMania 41.
With the 2025 Royal Rumble in the rearview, we are officially on the Road to WrestleMania 41. This is one of the best times of year to be a WWE fan as the promotion slowly lays out plans for all the matches at April’s event. As of now, all we know is that Jey Uso and Charlotte Flair will be competing for top titles after winning the men’s and women’s Rumble matches.
John Cena, CM Punk, Roman Reigns, and Seth Rollins are sure to have big matchups at the event. And there is always the chance of some surprise additions to the card. One major name fans have not seen in a while is Randy Orton. And there has been a lot of speculation he could soon come back to set up a big match at the event.
However, a new report claims there is another legend that could be brought back for a match soon. But not necessarily just at WrestleMania 41. But the next major stop on the road to the massive event.

Over the weekend, Fightful Select revealed that Trish Stratus‘ surprise return at last month’s Royal Rumble may not be a one-and-done moment for the WWE Hall-of-Famer. The outlet claims she is being considered to appear at more upcoming events as they promote Elimination Chamber. Which takes place in her hometown, Toronto.
The story claims she often suggests ideas to the company. Well, it seems like she might have hit on one they like. And new merchandise is reportedly being created to commemorate 25 years of being with the company. Considering the great shape she keeps herself in, it seems like a near-lock she will compete at least one more time for the company over the next few months.
