Planned Roman Reigns vs. Solo Sikoa Match Has A Surprising Rumored Timeline: Will It Happen In 2024?

A new report reveals when a match between Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa is expected to happen, and it seems fans will have to wait a very long time.

This past week’s SummerSlam card delivered some major shakeups to several key storylines on WWE television. The Raw brand has a new world champion in Gunther. Logan Paul was dethroned as United States Champion. And the Judgement Day imploded in a major way with both Damian Priest and Rhea Ripley being backstabbed in their matches.

However, there was no bigger moment than the long-awaited return of former WWE Undisputed Champion Roman Reigns. After months away, the original “Tribal Chief” was back and exacted some revenge on cousin Solo Sikoa for his recent transgressions.

With Reigns back in the fold, the assumption is that a match between him and Sikoa will happen soon. However, it seems that while a match is penciled in for the upcoming WWE schedule, it will be a very long wait until the bout actually happens.

Roman Reigns vs. Solo Sikoa match is not expected to happen until WrestleMania 41

“The top two matches of WrestleMania [41] are probably Roman [Reigns] and Solo Sikoa, and The Rock and Cody [Rhodes]. That’s been known since WrestleMania [40]. Since the day after WrestleMania. They’re booking way ahead as far the key stuff,” Dave Meltzer reported in a new edition episode of Wrestling Observer Radio.

Wrestlemania 41 takes place in April at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. It means WWE fans will have to wait eight long months before Reigns and Sikoa get their hands on each other in a one-on-one match. However, that doesn’t mean they may not battle in a tag match before then.

The speculation for weeks has been that a Bloodline civil war is likely to take place inside the War Games cage at Survivor Series in November.
