Once WWE brought in Charlotte Flair, Bayley, Sasha Banks (now Mercedes Mone) and Becky Lynch, we knew they were the present. Although, many wondered who would fill their spots down the road. That time is now and while many female superstars have showcased their talents, none better than Rhea Ripley.Â
WWE was able to convince Flair and Bayley to sign new deals. Banks always seemed on the outs with the company before her departure. Eventually, she signed with AEW while still be allowed to compete for select promotions. Lynch’s contract allegedly expired and she has not signed. Yet, some think she is still part of WWE and her re-signing has not been made public.
Ripley will apparently be sticking with WWE. PWInsider noted how she agreed to a new deal and both sides simply need to sign the papers. The new contract is rumored to be five years and see a nice pay increase. There is also an option where either side can extend the new deal.
Rhea Ripley Quickly Became A Top WWE Star After Joining The Judgement Day
Not long ago, it felt like Rhea was lost on the main roster. Then, everything changed after she joined The Judgement Day. Dominik Mysterio later joined the stable, being paired as the love interest of Ripley. Together, they have produced some of the best WWE moments over the last two years.
Dominik turned on Rhea at SummerSlam, shifting his focus to Liv Morgan. Those three have been involved heavily since right after WrestleMania 40. Morgan retained at Bad Blood, but eventually the title goes back to Rhea. Then, at the end of the storyline, look for Morgan to ditch Mysterio. Therefore, Dominik looks like the biggest fool and that is the payoff WWE will find. So, any reaction to the news Rhea Ripley is sticking with WWE as she prepares to sign the contract?
