An update on Rhea Ripley’s injury status suggests “The Eradicator” may miss out on some big plans WWE has for her at WrestleMania 41.
Australian Rhea Ripley is not just one of the brightest stars in the WWE women’s division. She is a key member of the entire Monday Night Raw roster. She is a featured part of weekly episodes and is one of the faces of the brand.

Unfortunately, a dominant run in 2023 has been derailed in 2024 due to injuries. She missed much of the spring after suffering a freak shoulder injury during a backstage segment. And now, she has once again been sidelined for a significant amount of time with what the company is calling a “fractured right orbital socket. An injury she incurred during an October edition of WWE Raw.
With five months still to go until next year’s WrestleMania, the hope is that she should return in time for the biggest two-day event in the industry. However, a new report suggests that is far from a guarantee.

This week, PW Insider offered an update on Rhea Ripley and it is not good news for her legion of fans. The outlet claimed that there is still no timetable for her return to action. Although, there are some on the roster who feel the injury is not as bad as originally feared.
The report claims that the former Judgement Day member was being set up for a big opportunity at next year’s WrestleMania in Las Vegas. But there isn’t an abundance of confidence she can recover in time to start a program and take part in the event. Rumors are that decision-makers in WWE are only hopeful Ripley will be back by April. Instead of assured that the former Women’s World Champ will be ready for the massive event.
