Brock Lesnar could be back on WWE TV much sooner than fans expected.
Fans have not seen “The Beast” on their screens since SummerSlam back in August 2023. Lesnar was defeated by Cody Rhodes. After the match, he embraced “The American Nightmare” in a bit of a passing of the torch moment.

Lesnar’s alleged past would catch up to him, however. The Wall Street Journal reported that Lesnar was the unnamed wrestler mentioned in Janel Grant’s lawsuit against Vince McMahon, John Laurinaitis, and WWE for alleged sexual assault and trafficking. Lesnar allegedly requested explicit images and video of Grant.
It was also claimed that a “play date” between Lesnar and Grant was canceled due to inclement weather. McMahon is also alleged to have used the lewd content of Grant during contract talks with Lesnar.
Since those accusations have surfaced, WWE hasn’t mentioned Lesnar on TV, but that could change soon.
Brock Lesnar Returning to WWE TV?
During a WrestleVotes Q&A session hosted by Sportskeeda Wrestling, it was reported that WWE has an interest in bringing Brock Lesnar back into the fold. It was noted that the two sides are “potentially” in talks.
On a recent episode of WWE Monday Night Raw, clues were seemingly dropped hinting at a Lesnar return. Both Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins mentioned “slaying the beast,” which is clearly in reference to Lesnar. WWE dropped subtle hints of a CM Punk return weeks before he appeared at the end of Survivor Series 2023.
Lesnar has been scrubbed off WWE products amid the Janel Grant case. While his WWE Shop page has remained active, a scheduled roster spot on the WWE 2K24 video game was pulled. Vince McMahon was also going to be in the game before he was ultimately removed.
