New Rumor Delivers Disappointing News For Diehard Brock Lesnar Fans Hoping For WWE Return In 2025

3 Things The New Bloodline Must Do To Reclaim Their Dominance

A new WWE rumor will be very disappointing news for die-hard fans hoping for multi-time world champion Brock Lesnar to make his return to the company in 2025.

While there are many who question the creative direction of WWE for much of the last decade, there is no denying the company’s profits during that time. They scored a couple of billion-dollar television deals and a major part of the brand’s financial success was Brock Lesnar.

He left the company in 2004 and expanded his name value with an impressive run in the Ultimate Fighting Championship. When he made his return in 2012 he was booked for years as an unstoppable monster heel that was rarely beaten.

However, with the shift to Paul “Triple H” Levesque as the new leader of creative, Lesnar’s role changed. And he was no longer a focus of the company. Then WWE distanced themselves from the 47-year-old in 2023 when he was referenced in the ugly sexual assault and sex trafficking lawsuit filed against WWE founder Vince McMahon.

His legion of fans have wondered when he might return to WWE television after being forced to the sidelines for the last year and a half. Unfortunately, a new report suggests he is not at all being considered for a comeback early in 2025.

“I have been informed that there have been no internal conversations regarding Brock Lesnar coming back to WWE. And the belief is that he will not be returning any time in the foreseeable future,” Sportskeeda wrestling reporter Dr. Chris Featherstone, Ph.D. claimed on Saturday.

The “Beast Incarnate” has not been seen in the company since Summerslam 2023. On that night he fell in the third and final match of his feud with current WWE Champion Cody Rhodes. He has made a few rare public appearances since.

Several rumors over the last year suggested his return could be soon, but those never came to fruition.
