After being spotted at the WWE Hall of Fame this weekend, speculation is growing that Becky Lynch will return as early as WrestleMania 41 this weekend.
According to PWInsider’s Mike Johnson, multiple sources within WWE believe Becky Lynch will be back on TV soon. “There’s a belief among those we’ve heard from this week that she’s back very soon on TV, perhaps as soon as a big angle at WrestleMania this weekend,” Johnson claimed.
“The Man” hasn’t been on WWE TV since May 2024 when she lost to Liv Morgan in a Steel Cage Match for the Women’s World Championship. Since then, Morgan has been claiming she forced Lynch into retirement, and Lynch has been silent—until recently, saying she was “not wrestling anymore.”
The timing of her return to Las Vegas is interesting. Allegiant Stadium is the same place where Lynch made her surprise return at SummerSlam 2021 after maternity leave, defeating Bianca Belair in 26 seconds to win the SmackDown Women’s Championship.
With WrestleMania 41 featuring some of Lynch’s former opponents, the options are endless. Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez will defend the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships against Bayley and Lyra Valkyria, while Belair, Rhea Ripley, and Iyo Sky will face off for the Women’s World Championship in a triple-threat match. Lynch has a history with all five.
