Potential WWE Bad Blood Spoiler Claims ‘The Big Guy’ Is Set to Return This Weekend

A major spoiler for this weekend’s WWE Bad Blood card suggests a huge star could be making their return at the event.

We are just a few days away from WWE’s latest premium live event on Peacock. The card inside the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia will feature several major matchups. CM Punk and Drew McIntyre will end their bitter feud inside Hell in a Cell. And Gunther will defend his World Heavyweight Title against Sami Zayn.

However, one of the most notable bouts on the card will see WWE World Champion Cody Rhodes tag with long-time rival Roman Reigns in a matchup against The Bloodline. There have even been recent rumors that the bout could potentially close the October 5 show.

The match being the main event would not be too surprising, since it includes the company’s two biggest stars. However, a new rumor on Wednesday may reveal there is something extra planned for that match.

Today, Rhodes made an advertised appearance on “The Pat McAfee Show” to promote Saturday’s card. However, after finishing his interview and saying goodbye to the staff, McAfee dropped an interesting nugget of information on the WWE champ.

“The big guy’s coming back this weekend,” McAfee said to Rhodes. The WWE star played coy and responded by saying, “Is he, which one?” Obviously, both men didn’t give specifics. However, they are likely referring to none other than “The Final Boss,” The Rock.

He has not been seen since the night after Wrestlemania 40 and rumors have swirled for months that he will likely face Rhodes at next year’s Mania. Furthermore, there has also been speculation about a potential Rock and Reigns match. With both Rhodes and “The Original Tribal Chief” in action this week, “The People’s Champ” returning to add to those stories makes a lot of sense.
