The March 17th, 2025, edition of WWE RAW took place in the Forest National Arena in Brussels, Belgium. This was the first RAW as part of WWE’s ongoing European Tour. Moreover, the show was a must-see edition, and for good reason, with John Cena’s return for the first time after turning heel.

Alongside Cena coming back after going rogue, the night saw some spectacular in-ring matches and witnessed one of the loudest and most vocal audience in WWE history.
Quick Results
- Penta defeated Ludwig Kaiser in a No Holds Barred match.
- Dakota Kai defeated Ivy Nile in a singles match.
- Jey Uso defeated Austin Theory in a singles match.
- Rey Mysterio & Dragon Lee defeated Brutus & Julius Creed in a tag team match.
- Bron Breakker defeated Finn Balor to retain the WWE Intercontinental Championship.
Best Match
The best match candidate for WWE RAW in Belgium in our opinion, goes to an unpopular choice. The opening match between Penta and Ludwig Kaiser with No Holds Barred stipulation was a sight to witness. Both men delivered a power-packed in-ring showdown with the action spilling all over ringside.
Moreover, both Penta and Kaiser brought foreign objects into play. Even so, the dramatic ending of Penta delivering the Destroyer on the chair and Penta Driver led to fans erupting in loud cheers. The fans got also excited when Penta announced his intentions to challenge for the WWE Intercontinental Championship post the explosive match.
Worst Match

There was no doubt that the match between Jey Uso and Austin Theory, which lasted only close to a minute was the worst bout of the night. Fans in Brussels did not get to witness Jey’s in-ring potential. The only saving grace was Uso overpowering Gunther’s sneak attack and holding the World Heavyweight title high.
Noteworthy moments
The most noteworthy moment was Cody Rhodes upstaging John Cena after his verbal rant. Rhodes stated that he came looking for John Cena, not the person who was standing in the ring. He told him to find John Cena, as he wanted to wrestle him at WrestleMania 41, not the man who was whining about how fans treated him over the years.
Another prime highlight for this week’s WWE RAW was Rhea Ripley taking down both IYO Sky and Bianca Belair during their contract signing for their WrestleMania 41 match. After both women were down, Ripley made a shocking move by signing her name on the contract, which further led to backstage chaos and brawl between the three women.
Seth Rollins entrance and promo was also a noteworthy moment for WWE Universe in Belgium. Rollins berated both his rivals, Roman Reigns and CM Punk and announced that he would visit them both on the upcoming edition of SmackDown taking place in Italy.
The last prime highlight of WWE RAW this week was the main event bout between Bron Breakker and Finn Balor, with the Intercontinental title on the line. Following an explosive match, a mismatched interference by Dominik Mysterio led to Breakker defeating Balor to retain his title. Following the match, he was assaulted by Judgment Day, only to be saved by Penta. The show ended with a stare-off between Penta and Breakker as the crowd gave a loud pop.
Holy Sh!@ Moments
The undoubted Holy Sh!@ moment on WWE RAW this week was John Cena‘s first promo as a heel. He vented out years of frustrations and berated the fans for the abusive treatment shown for 25 years. Cena claimed that he did the best he could, but it was never enough for them. He took shots at both fans who chanted ‘Let’s Go Cena’ and those who chanted ‘Cena Sucks.’ In the end before, Cena made it clear that from that moment, his relationship with the fans was over.

Lowlights

Dakota battling Ivy Nile did not gain much reaction as it was not driven by any storyline or even an explosive bout that had the fans invested in them.
Much like every week, the rivalry between the LWO and American Made was lackluster. The tag team match between them was nothing special, but the only intriguing part of the storyline has been the introduction of the American Masked luchador who once again interfered in the bout this week on WWE RAW.
What’s in store for WWE RAW next week
WWE RAW next week will take place in Glasgow, Scotland. The night will once again have John Cena and Cody in the same building, much like this week in Belgium. Also, The Best in the World CM Punk will join the festivities.
Moreover, two matches have been announced for the show. Jey Uso will team up with a mystery partner to battle A-Town Down Under in a tag team match. Lastly, Lyra Valkyria will defend her WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship against the No.1 contender, Raquel Rodriguez.
