Best Match

The best in-ring bout had to be the main event match between Logan Paul and Rey Mysterio. The match had an interesting start, with Paul and CM Punk going at it in a verbal confrontation. As the ring bell, both Logan and Rey brought different in-ring styles to the match and delivered a captivating showdown on RAW this week.

The ending was noteworthy as Paul countered Mysterio’s top rope by getting his knees up and debuting a new finisher, which Pat McAfee named The Pulverizer, dropping down Mysterio to pick up the win.

Worst Match

The less captivating match of the night has to be the War Raiders vs The Creed Brothers. A match that was expected to deliver a captivating tag team showdown failed to engage the audience. Moreover, the ending saw a disqualification decision, further downgrading the legacy of the tag team titles, which are rarely defended since they were created exclusively for RAW.

Noteworthy Moments

The biggest moment of the night happened at the start of the show. Main Event Jey Uso made a thrilling entrance YEETin his way to the crowd. While he was standing atop the announcer’s desk, Gunther attacked him from behind. Following the intervention of the WWE officials, Uso grabbed a microphone and announced that he would battle Gunther for the World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania 41.

Another noteworthy moment was Liv Morgan bleeding towards the end of her match, where she and Raquel Rodriguez battled IYO Sky and Dakota Kai in a losing effort. Her face was all bruised with a deep cut on her forehead, as seen in a backstage segment, with no medical update following that.

The last highlight of the night was Rhea Ripley granting IYO Sky a WWE Women’s World Championship match on the RAW after Elimination Chamber, who sent excitement across the WWE Universe to see them collide.

Holy Sh!@ Moments

The shocking moment of the night was seeing AJ Styles having a face-off with Bron Breakker in the backstage area after his in-ring segment with Dominik Mysterio and Carlito, during which he overpowered both of them. This could possibly mean that the Phenomenal One might challenge Breakker for the WWE Intercontinental Championship at WrestleMania 41, planting early seeds for this explosive first-time-ever in-ring match.

Lowlights

Despite being a captivating match on RAW with high stakes and the presence of Roxanne Perez, Bayley vs. Lyra, Valkyria was more of the popcorn break match that did not garner match attention from the audience in Tennessee.

What’s in store for RAW next week?

The Elimination Chamber qualifying matches will continue to fill up the last few remaining slots. On the men’s side, former rivals Seth Rollins and Finn Balor will collide in a singles bout. On the women’s side, Roxanne Perez will have the opportunity to qualify, but standing in her way is the imposing Raquel Rodriguez.

Elsewhere, AJ Styles will battle Dirty Dominik Mysterio, and Penta will resurface on RAW again next week to battle The Bruiserweight Pete Dunne.
