Best Match

The best match candidate for WWE RAW this week was the main event showdown. It featured the high-stakes Money in the Bank qualifying match between Seth Rollins, Sami Zayn, and Finn Balor. The three talented RAW superstars put up an instant classic that led to huge cheers from the fans throughout the bout.

Moreover, the match also saw interference from Rollins’ cohorts, Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed, who were taken out by Zayn’s ally, Jey Uso. In the final moments, Dominik Mysterio came down and pushed a chair into the ring to help Balor. However, Balor got stomped by Rollins on the chair and got pinned instead.

Worst Match

The worst match of this week’s WWE RAW was undoubtedly Rusev crushing Akira Tozawa in mere seconds. The only noteworthy moment from the match was his old ally, Sheamus, coming down to the ring to save Tozawa and stare down the Bulgarian Brute.

Noteworthy Moments

The biggest highlight of the night was the return of Liv Morgan from Hollywood. She made her comeback in a backstage segment as Roxanne Perez was looking to get involved with her onscreen boyfriend, Dominik Mysterio. Morgan revealed that she has been updated about everything going on at WWE RAW behind her back and vowed to take care of business.

Another noteworthy moment came during the opening contest of WWE RAW this week. It was the triple-threat Money in the Bank ladder match between Penta, Chad Gable, and Dragon Lee. Gable’s WWE Worlds Collide opponent, El Hijo del Vikingo, interfered just as he was about to finish the bout. That led to Penta capitalizing and delivering the Penta Driver to qualify for the match.

Another highlight of the night was the rematch between Becky Lynch and Lyra Valkyria for the WWE Women’s Intercontinental title, made official for WWE Money in the Bank PLE. During their heated promo exchange, Lynch stated that if she is unable to dethrone her, she will never challenge Valkyria for the championship.

The last major highlight of the night came at the end of the main event of the show. After Seth Rollins qualified for the Men’s Money in the Bank, CM Punk‘s music hit. His faction members looked for him, but Punk appeared behind him and nailed him with the GTS before fleeing the scene.

Holy Sh!@ Moments

The only jaw-dropping moment for WWE RAW was during the explosive triple-threat tag team match. The New Day defended their WWE World Tag Team Championships against American Made and the War Raiders. A particular spot saw Julius Creed leap right at the top rope and nail Erik with a suplex. This was followed by Xavier Wood dropping an elbow on Erik, and then Ivar dropping on Woods with all superstars breaking the pinfall.

Lowlights

Gunther and Jey Uso came face-to-face on WWE RAW this week ahead of their upcoming World title match on the June 9th edition of RAW. It was a typical Gunther saying Uso can’t beat him and Uso firing back and ending with his same line, ‘four letters, one word, YEET.’

Another lowlight was Liv Morgan’s return match against Kairi Sane. This was set up to further her new feud with Roxanne Perez, who came out and pushed Sane off the top rope to help Morgan. However, an exchange with Raquel Rodriguez led to Morgan getting distracted and losing the bout to Sane in the process.
