It’s time to get into our SmackDown results for November 15, 2024, just before Tyson and Paul go at it.

Quick Results:
- Bayley defeats B-Fab and Candace LeRae, pinning the rarely used, mostly manager to advance.
- LA Knight defeated Berto in his latest open challenge opportunity. Post-match, a long missing Shinsuke Nakamura took out the champ.
- Motor City Machine Guns retained via DQ over Street Profits when Tommaso Ciampa attacked.
- Nia Jax retains her title over a game Naomi. Quite a bit of outside fun here, clearly building toward the women’s Survivor Series match. WarGames or not, remains to be seen.
Best Match:
The tag title match could have been it, but interference. I almost always will ding for that. Even when it furthered a couple stories here.
I could and probably should go with the first triple threat match in the United States Championship tournament for the women. I still disagree with giving the spot to B-Fab given her lack of resume. But, she showed up and showed out, so good for her.
Worst Match:
Going in, I had a few thoughts…but they all proved me wrong. Good matches top to bottom.
Noteworthy Moments:
Another show, another no for Sami Zayn as he tries to recruit someone to be OG Bloodline member #5. This time, we saw him ask LA Knight, and Knight said no in the ring.
I could have put this in either this or the next category. It is here for balance.
After being destroyed by a now five strong new Bloodline WarGames squad, the show closes on Roman Reings. Wincing in pain, sitting in his chair, he stares at his phone. He says…call…The Wise Man. HUGE POP, by the way. Except, Reigns got a “number not in service” recording. Drops the phone. Looks despondent.
Anyone remember when a manager returning saves the day and gets a massive pop? That’s what we are building to here. Will Heyman surprise us next week? There isn’t much time left…
Holy S!@# Moments:
As we suspected based on what was taped for the upcoming RAW, it does appear that Bronson Reed is Solo’s fifth man. Reed came in during the four on four brawl to tilt things in favor of the new Bloodline.
Now, will this force Seth Rollins to get involved? He swore he never would, but based on what is going to happen on RAW? I’d be stunned if it wasn’t Rollins. And I say this as someone who really wants Roman to head to WarGames without a fifth. And then, in true Survivor Series tradition, we get a big surprise that night.
No, Rollins does not qualify as a big surprise.
To the shock of no one (hopefully), DIY seems to be over once again. Ciampa attacked Gargano in the midst of breaking up the tag title match. Also at the same time, we do appear to be getting a Profits heel turn, with Angelo Dawkins slapping MCMG for coming to their aid.

B-Fab might be great and talented. But, we NEVER see her wrestle, and all of a sudden she’s given a spot in a US Title tournament match? I don’t care if she was in there to lose, there are other Superstars that could have gotten the spot. And, who have earned that spot.
Highlights:
Graves, when Santos made fun of Milwaukee, dusted off the classic line from Wayne’s World (the movie, not the SNL skit).
After The Final Bell:
Something to ponder: before the women’s United States Championship was unveiled, we had a variant of the Grand Slam for the women. Now? I guess it’s a new Grand Slam, with no one yet there. Right?
Awesome ending of the show. Huge pop, to shocking turn of events, ending on a brutal cliffhanger for SmackDown. Honestly, I am hoping that Heyman does not invoke Rollins, but rather brings in more family. Or, maybe a Beast on SmackDown?
