Curious about who the top WWE wrestlers are right now? Well, look no further than our latest WWE power rankings. We look at the 10 stars that have stood out the most over the last few weeks on Monday Night Raw, SmackDown, and NXT with their wrestling, mic skills, and storytelling.
Without further ado, find out who the hottest wrestlers on the WWE roster are following the June 16 edition of WWE Raw.
1. Cody Rhodes

It was an impactful week for Cody Rhodes. ‘The American Nightmare’ advanced to the next round of the King of the Ring tournament. Additionally, he saved his friend Jey Uso from an attack at the end of Monday Night RAW.
Rhodes has gone right back to being a top attraction on whatever show he is on. One of the most popular wrestlers on the roster, he is the favorite in the eyes of many to win the King of the Ring and secure a world title shot. But he will have a tough assignment next week when he faces off with Uso in the semifinals. He’ll need to put that friendship aside if he hopes to advance. Not to mention, Seth Rollins and company will be seeking retribution. But if anyone can handle the weight of that burden, it’s Rhodes.
2. Gunther

We knew Gunther would be riding high this week coming off his monumental victory over Jey Uso to reclaim his World Heavyweight Championship. ‘The Ring General’ came to the ring in great spirits to bask in his own greatness.
Gunther will need every ounce of that self-confidence, though. Goldberg made his return on Monday to throw down a challenge for the upcoming Saturday Night’s Main Event. It had long been rumored that these two would clash at this point and now it’s officially happening. With the gold around his waist and such a high-profile match on the horizon, Gunther remains firmly planted toward the top of these rankings.
3. Jey Uso

The former World Heavyweight Champion wasted no time bouncing back from his defeat. Jey Uso bested Sheamus, Rusev and ‘Big’ Bronson Reed to move on to the semifinals of the King of the Ring tournament.
As mentioned earlier, that semifinal match will be full of intrigue as Uso will be facing close friend and partner Cody Rhodes. Rhodes made the save for Uso to end RAW and the two shook hands, but all bets will be off when they stand across from each other next week. With momentum on his side, it wouldn’t be shocking to see Uso pull off another huge win and shoot further up the rankings.
4. Seth Rollins

It was a relatively low-key week for ‘The Visionary’ but his presence continues to loom large. He orchestrated an attempted attack on Jey Uso at the end of Monday Night RAW and, lest we forget, he is still in possession of his Money in the Bank briefcase.
Rollins’ crew of Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed had some bad luck in the King of the Ring tournament as each lost their respective bouts. However, fans can be sure they will not be sitting back and resting on their laurels. The cunning group has plenty of foes floating around, including Sami Zayn who is in the semifinals. They’ll be picking their spots and Rollins will undoubtedly find a way to keep his name in the headlines.
5. Ron Killings

The man who is demanding to have respect put on his name showed the world how serious he is. This past week on Smackdown, Ron Killings attacked and got the better of Undisputed WWE Champion John Cena not once, but twice.
True to his word, Killings has been a far cry from the happy-go-lucky wrestler everyone had grown accustomed to. He has been very serious in sending a message to his “former idol” and showing a fire and determination many thought were long gone. This coming Friday, he’ll go one-on-one with Cena. It’ll be a pivotal match that could dictate just how far the former R-Truth can go with this hot streak.
6. Asuka

Fans were super excited to see Asuka‘s name when the Queen of the Ring brackets were released. She definitely didn’t disappoint, as she won her first-round bout this past week in convincing fashion.
‘The Empress of Tomorrow’ had been out for over a year and had been sorely missed. Thrown into the fray versus Raquel Rodriguez, Ivy Nile and Stephanie Vaquer, she clearly hadn’t lost a step. Charismatic as ever with the crowd firmly behind her, she was completely in her element. And if that match was any indication, the women’s roster may still not be ready for Asuka.
7. John Cena

John Cena sure was a popular man this past Friday for all the wrong reasons as everyone seemed to want a word. Cody Rhodes, Randy Orton, LA Knight and CM Punk all confronted the champ. Ron Killings took it a step further and laid him out.
Cena’s heel run has seen an alarming pattern where he has looked ineffective in the weeks leading up to matches only to see him escape with a win when the time comes. His title reign hasn’t exactly set the world on fire as hoped. But he remains a vital part of the show anytime he is on it and this feud with Killings has tons of interest. His farewell tour will continue to attract plenty of eyes no matter how many times he winds up on his back.
8. Randy Orton

Randy Orton’s popularity is basically unflappable at this point. And the beloved veteran gave fans plenty to cheer about this past Friday as he was victorious in his first-round King of the Ring bout.
Now Orton will advance to the semifinals to take on another massively popular superstar in Sami Zayn. Orton took time on Friday to make his intentions known to John Cena about how determined he is to get another crack at his title. A motivated ‘Viper’ is a danger to anyone. Zayn better take heed and prepare. Orton is fully capable of heating up enough to run the table and secure the crown to add to his list of accolades.
9. Jade Cargill

The two semifinal spots in the Queen of the Ring tournament that were up for grabs last Friday were filled by Alexa Bliss and this woman, Jade Cargill. Cargill draws a little more interest here as she has long been rumored to be receiving a huge push this summer.
The pieces seem to be in place for Cargill to emerge from the tournament victorious. She has looked tremendous lately and appears poised to break out in a major way. She’ll be facing the very cunning Roxanne Perez next, so it won’t be a free pass. But if Cargill can keep her momentum up, a storm may be brewing that could see her wearing gold very soon.
10. CM Punk

Much has been made about CM Punk’s upcoming participation at Night of Champions in Saudi Arabia. Punk’s past comments, particularly ones directed at The Miz years ago, have some fans calling him a hypocrite for doing so.
Regardless of where fans stand, Punk vs Cena is a huge match that will draw tons of interest. And in typical Punk fashion, he has used the mic to make his mark on this feud. Punk has not shied away from Cena in recent weeks and even egged on Ron Killings as he laid into the champ on SmackDown. We can expect more of the same leading up to the big event and fans will be eating up every word. Whether Punk will muster up enough juice to dethrone Cena remains to be seen.
