Triple H Offers Worrisome Update About Seth Rollins’ Latest Big Injury Setback

The WWE Universe is awaiting news on the severity of the injury Seth Rollins suffered at Saturday Night’s Main Event. On Sunday, after WWE Evolution 2, Paul “Triple H” Levesque gave an update, and it doesn’t sound good.

“I’ll just say right now, a little bit inconclusive,” Triple H said about Rollins at the WWE Evolution 2 post-event presser. “Doesn’t look good, but we’re in Birmingham tomorrow with Dr. Dugas. He came here tonight. He was not going to miss his wife’s performance tonight. We’ll get an MRI and hope for the best, see where we can go with that.”

The head of creative did not sound too confident about the elite star being able to avoid surgery or a lengthy layoff. MRIs can be done at a variety of places. However, the fact that they are heading to Birmingham, AL, signifies they have some idea of what the injury is. But they want to get one final expert look at it before likely surgery, which will be done there with some of the best surgeons in the world.

Rollins injured his knee when he attempted a springboard moonsault on Saturday during his match against LA Knight. He landed awkwardly and immediately needed attention from officials for the injury. At first, it seemed like it might be all a part of the match. But then, the WWE Raw star went into a quick finish and took the loss to his newest rival.

The injury comes at a terrible time as “The Visionary” is in one of the top stories in the company with his new faction that includes Paul Heyman and Bron Breakker.
