WWE News: Stephanie McMahon Reveals Relief She Never Went Through With Plan For A WWF Tattoo

Even former WWE executive Stephanie McMahon was prone to poor decisions in her youth. During a recent edition of her podcast, she revealed being very grateful she did not go through with one bad tattoo idea.

In an interview with the current WWE Intercontinental Champion Dominik Mysterio, on her “What’s Your Story” podcast, the conversation shifted to tattoos. Unlike “Dirty Dom,” McMahon has no visible tatts. However, that nearly changed in her younger days.

“When I was younger, I wanted a tattoo, and I was going to get the WWF logo. Thank God I didn’t do that. I’d be like a walking billboard if I had all the different logos that have evolved over time. I’m tatted on the inside.”

For those not in the know, WWE was earlier known as WWF (World Wrestling Federation). However, the company had to change its name to World Wrestling Entertainment following a lawsuit by World Wildlife Fund, which had the rights to the WWF name. They filed a lawsuit against them, and the promotion had to go ahead with a name change in the early 2000s.

In 2023, McMahon served as the co-CEO of WWE for a short tenure. However, McMahon resigned from her position and returned to her previous leave of absence. Her husband, Paul “Triple H” Levesque, would take over as Chief Content Officer following the fall of company founder Vince McMahon.

While she makes occasional appearances on WWE TV, she currently hosts “Stephanie’s Places” on ESPN+ and the podcast “What’s Your Story.” With this new run, McMahon has been exploring a new direction in the highly successful global juggernaut.
