Kevin Nash Pitches Idea For WWE Legend To Join The Rock And John Cena To Form Super-Faction

WWE Hall of Famer Kevin Nash believes that instead of having rapper Travis Scott as a part of their alliance, John Cena and The Rock should have a living legend already on the roster join them in their new group.

Elimination Chamber 2025 delivered one of the most shocking moments in professional wrestling history. After 20 years as WWE’s most reliable hero, John Cena turned to the dark side. The long-time babyface turning heel even broke a world record when it comes to professional wrestling.

At the event, Cena aligned himself with former rival The Rock and brutally attacked current WWE Undisputed Champion Cody Rhodes. While the moment received rave reviews, there was one particular sticking point fans were not happy with. And that was the random involvement of popular hip-hop star Travis Scott.

His placement in the segment seemed unnecessary, and rumors that he injured Rhodes only made that seem more apparent.

Kevin Nash suggests Randy Orton be added to The Rock and John Cena’s alliance

It was a topic of conversation in a new edition of Kevin Nash’s “Kliq This” podcast. And the WWE and WCW legend had an idea for another old Cena rival that should have been involved instead.

“Have Randy Orton join Cena and Rock… I don’t think Travis Scott is the right guy to be out there as the third,” Nash said [h/t Wrestling Headlines]. “You would have to have somebody come back, like if you could get [Steve] Austin or Undertaker if they had a year left in them, then you could get that. You know what I mean? Then it’s a different era. It’s none of the new guys. But we’ve all timed out. I think Randy looks amazing right now.”

“The Viper” would certainly be an interesting option as a third member to what certainly would be a super-faction. While there have been some groups with an impressive assortment of talent, nothing would come close to a trio featuring three of the biggest names in wrestling history, The Rock, John Cena, and Randy Orton.

Nevertheless, that is very unlikely to happen. Orton is sure to be in the running to be one of Cena’s opponents during his retirement tour that will come to a close in December.
