Judgement Day member JD McDonagh offered an update on his health following a nasty spill earlier this year.
The Judgment Day has been known to be one of the most notorious factions in WWE. The stable is comprised of Finn Balor, Dominik Mysterio, Carlito, Liv Morgan, Raquel Rodriguez, and JD McDonagh. As was seen on RAW a few months back, McDonagh was on the receiving end of a major injury.
On the January 27 edition of RAW on Netflix, McDonagh landed violently on the announcer’s table. He sustained broken ribs and a punctured lung. He has largely been off WWE television since the injury. However, two months after the incident, McDonagh finally shed light on his current status.
Is JD McDonagh ready to return to WWE following his injury?

“I’m feeling a lot better now. My lungs are good, my ribs are good,” he said in a new interview on Insight with Chris Van Vliet. “I’m just waiting for the bones to knit back together before they clear me. I punctured my lung with my seventh rib. It didn’t feel great.
“I’m back in the gym. I was doing skipping and really low-impact cardio for a couple of weeks, and now I’ve progressed to Pilates and other non-impactful stuff. I haven’t taken a bump yet. That would be the next step.”
JD McDonagh also revealed when he hopes to be back on WWE television. “Hopefully, I’m going to put a timeframe on it and say within a month, I’ll be back. That’s what I’m working towards, and whether the WWE doctors align with that, we’ll see,” said McDonagh.
