WWE icon Hulk Hogan believes that if the company is smart, there is a specific talent on Smackdown they need to let win his first world title this year.
There is no bigger name in the history of professional wrestling than Hulk Hogan. The 71-year-old helped take the WWE brand mainstream in the 1980s. Then when he jumped ship to rivals WCW in the 1990s, he was a part of one of the most successful storylines in pro wrestling history. He even had a notable second run in WWE in the early 2000s.

Hogan’s decades of success are proof that he knows what it takes to be a box office success in the business. So when he points out certain performers that he believes know what is necessary to put butts in seats, it is an opinion that resonates.
On Tuesday, he claimed a certain star needs to become the company’s top champion this year. But it wasn’t LA Knight or Sami Zayn. Popular stars that have never been WWE world champions.

“You have an opportunity to be the best big attraction in this business, simply because you got your s*** together,” Hogan told Logan Paul during a Tuesday appearance on his “Impaulsive” podcast. “I’ve never seen anybody get this as quick as you have. I’ve never seen anybody, since I’ve been a wrestling fan, since I was in the business pick up on it as quick as you have. Your stuff looks f*****g believable. There’s no holes in your work. So just don’t get hurt.”
“You should not be any type of champion except the World Champion at this point. You need to make that quick transition. And if they’re smart — and Triple H is smart — that transition needs to be made this year.”
Hogan claimed that despite Paul being a “really good heel naturally,” he would eventually be an even bigger babyface if he eventually turned. The WWE Hall-of-Famer also suggested a situation where he makes a save for Roman Reigns could be a pivotal moment in his eventual face turn.
