The full audio of what Nia Jax said during her controversial segment at the Roast of WrestleMania 41 has emerged. And it is something as she took some major shots at top stars and legends like Cody Rhodes and Charlotte Flair.
Roasts have become commonplace in the current entertainment landscape. And some notable celebrities have been the target of some memorable specials, including NFL legend Tom Brady. Over WrestleMania 41 weekend, WWE dipped its toe into this popular comedy style with the Roast of WrestleMania. The event was not broadcast on any platform, but that has not stopped it from making news.
It was revealed this week that Nia Jax had some very interesting things to say about her co-workers that may get her in trouble. Now, the specifics of her controversial words meant in jest have made their way online via leaked audio from the event. And the first targets of her roast were surprisingly Rey Mysterio and former WWE Champ Cody Rhodes.
“In all honesty, Rey Mysterio is the man. I mean, you are a legend when your mask has a f****** retirement plan, right? So let’s all hand it to Rey because he can’t reach,” Jax began by saying.
“You know what? Throughout the years that I’ve been here, I’ve seen a lot of people come and go, including me. But you know what? The biggest comeback story we’re going to get to is Cody Rhodes. Am I right? Cody said he didn’t want to live in his father’s shadow. So then he painted it gold, made it into a shrine, slapped a neck tattoo on it, and he sold it for merch.
“To be honest, though, Cody Rhodes reminds me of a slimy politician. That motherf**** would gag on a hairy nut sack if it means he would get a push. And in all honesty, Cody, you’re no Roman Reigns,” she said. “Cody, they only call you when Roman is doing something more interesting.”
Then, Nia Jax unexpectedly moved on to take some big jabs at legendary play-by-play man Michael Cole and broadcast partner Pat McAfee.
“Speaking of gagging, I would like to highlight Michael Cole. He has been a voice of WWE for 25 years. Incredible. That’s as old as Tiffany Stratton. But now, his best friend, over there, Pat McAfee, he’s been gagging on Pat McAfee’s **** so hard. Am I right?. That’s why Pat’s eyes are so relaxed. You know what I mean? Listen, he’s been gagging so hard he doesn’t need a f****** headset. He needs a leash and a safe word,” she finished by saying.
Lastly, she offered up some thoughts on her female co-workers, the harshest being for one-time rival Charlotte Flair.
“Let’s get to some positive stuff. Now, when you think of a total package of superstars, who are we thinking? No, it’s not BBL Bayley,” said Jax. “It’s Rhea Bloody Ripley. Let’s be honest, that girl’s social media with a f****** a** cheek and those thirst traps, I forgot that she wasn’t even in the ring.
“Quite the opposite from Charlotte Flair. I mean, nobody really wants to see her in the ring anymore. You know her three ex-husbands also said the same thing… Let me get this out of the way, I’m Nia Jax. Yes, I’ve hurt half of the women’s rosters, and no, I don’t give a ****.”
