WrestleMania 41 comes from Las Vegas, meaning the show should be extra extraordinary. We learned during Money in the Bank (MITB) how John Cena will be retiring. While the announcement was not leaked, it is not a total shock. In the last decade, we have seen less of Cena and it is was only a matter of time. Now that we know when Cena retires, the questions shifts to who will he face.
With the show coming from Las Vegas, of course the betting sites are taking the odds. Now, odds can, and will change, before the match is made official. According to @BetOnline_ag, there are some early favorites. We have Randy Orton at +150, Cody Rhodes at +200, CM Punk at +500, The Rock at +800 and Roman Reigns at +900. Then, we have Batista, Kurt Angle, Bron Breaker, AJ Styles, Steve Austin, The Undertaker, Triple H and Ric Flair all over +1,000. Clearly, Orton and Rhodes are in the running.
Some John Cena Options Make Little Sense

Orton makes sense because of the history with Cena. When looking back at WWE, they were the top draws of that generation. Rhodes wining would solidify him as the future of WWE. Punk is on borrowed time and a match with Cena is too risky. The Rock and Reigns could be decent options, but they look set for a singles match at WrestleMania.
As for the long-shots, Breakker is the only one with a chance of moving the needle. Clearly, WWE is looking for a young star to represent the company for the next two decades. With Rhodes being too old, Breakker pinning Cena would be massive. Such a move would put him in title contention. While not listed, Gunther would be a great addition as well. So, after seeing the betting on a retirement opponent for John Cena, who should get the nod?
