WWE avoided a potentially scary incident in the future after a person allegedly stalking former Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan was arrested this week.
For decades, WWE stars have told stories about that segment of the fanbase whose love of them and the company goes too far. And in certain instances, those diehard fans take things into weird directions and turn into stalkers. It is a problem the female side of the roster has to deal with often.
However, on Tuesday night, one individual who has an over-the-top appreciation for Liv Morgan was arrested by police at the WWE Performance Center in Florida. “A legit Stalker was arrested outside of the PC tonight. Multiple bags of evidence taken in by police officers…I wish I were making this up. YALL NEED HELP SERIOUSLY SMH,” NXT superfan NaJee wrote on X yesterday.
He later added that the individual was linked to Morgan. Following the initial report, Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful confirmed the news with his own sources. And added, “Liv Morgan’s stalker was arrested. WWE had been made aware of the situation and called in authorities.”
One of the worst and most recent instances of WWE stalkers happened in 2021 when one man actually plotted to kidnap former company star Sonya Deville. It led to her taking an extended hiatus away from the company to mentally bounce back from the ordeal.
