WWE Smackdown Card and Preview

- Last week’s Smackdown featured a potentially huge Wrestlemania development. The Rock came on the show to talk face-to-face with Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes. After some grandstanding, he eventually told the champ he wanted his “soul” and gave him until Saturday at Elimination Chamber to think it over. We’ll soon find out what exactly this all means. But on the eve of the event, will we get any further insight into Cody’s mindset over such an ominous request?
- United States Champion Shinsuke Nakamura has continued to be at odds with former champion LA Knight. Just last week, Nakamura interfered in Knight’s tag team match costing him a victory. This was just the latest strike in the month’s long rivalry between the two. This week, it all comes to a head as they square off one-on-one with the title on the line. Nakamura has carried the title all the way to Japan and back during his reign. Will his run continue or is this the moment where Knight reclaims the gold?
- Chelsea Green has very much been enjoying her run as Women’s United States Champion. In particular, she enjoys the attention she gets and the weight she gets to throw around. As such, she made it known to Smackdown GM Nick Aldis that she was unhappy about not having a featured bout for her homecoming to Toronto. Aldis was quick to rectify that by setting up a match for her against a mystery opponent. Who will the opponent be and will it be someone who will make Green deeply regret her outburst?
- We can also expect appearances from The Bloodline, WWE Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton, Jimmy Uso and much more!
