WWE RAW Card and Preview
Seth Rollins and Bron Breakker scored a huge victory on Saturday night, taking care of Sami Zayn and CM Punk. They had some serious help though as Bronson Reed hit the scene. The huge Aussie had been out with an injury but returned to help take out Punk and Zayn and align himself with his old foe Rollins as the latest member of his crew. With this latest turn of events, the power continues to shift in this group’s favor and they look poised to run things on the Red Brand. This Monday, we can expect this group to take their next steps towards dominance.
Jey Uso found himself in serious jeopardy in his title defense versus Logan Paul. John Cena, who had some words with Uso earlier in the evening, interfered and looked set to cost the champ his title. A returning Cody Rhodes wound up making the save and helped Uso retain. This now sets up a huge tag team match for Money in the Bank where Rhodes and Uso will reignite their partnership (they are former Tag Team Champions after all) against Cena and Paul. What will the pair have to say this Monday and how will Paul respond knowing how close he came to becoming World Champion?
Rusev has been on a rampage since returning to RAW. He’s made it a point to focus on Alpha Academy and Otis fell victim to his wrath. Otis’ stablemate Akira Tozawa has had enough of Rusev’s bullying and will look to confront the mighty Bulgarian this Monday in a one-on-one match. Can Tozawa muster enough courage and fire to make a stand, or will Rusev make short work of him and continue on his path of destruction?
Also scheduled is a World Tag Team Championship Triple-Threat match between The New Day, The War Raiders and The Creed Brothers. We can also expect appearances from Rhea Ripley, Becky Lynch, The Judgment Day and much more!
